The oxygen service valve is cleaned to oxygen-cleanliness standards per EIGA IGC Doc 33 / CGA G-4.1. Every wetted surface is degreased, sealed, and packaged to prevent hydrocarbon contamination that could cause ignition in oxygen-enriched service.
The valve uses slow-velocity design and non-ferrous or stainless trim to minimize ignition risk. Each valve is delivered with oxygen-clean certification traceable to its serial number.
