The V-port control ball valve uses a precision-machined V-notched ball to deliver equal-percentage flow characteristics with up to 200:1 turndown. The V-notch shears fibers and particles on every stroke, making the valve ideal for pulp, slurry, and viscous media.
The robust ball is supported top and bottom for high-pressure service, and the seat features a robust spring-loaded design that maintains sealing integrity under thermal cycling.
